The process from arrival to discharge
1/ Visit
On the day, please arrive at your scheduled time.
If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please let us know.
The slippers used in our facility are disposable.
Children's slippers are also available.
2/ Medical interview
First, you will be asked to change into treatment clothes and lie down on the bed while we conduct a medical interview.
We will ask you about your current pain and symptoms and check your condition.
The treatment clothes are one-piece.
*If you are unable to fill out the medical questionnaire in advance, please let us know when you make your reservation and we will fill it out for you during the consultation.
2/ Pulse diagnosis, abdominal diagnosis, palpation
Based on the contents of the medical interview, we will perform pulse check, abdominal examination, and palpation.
Pulse diagnosis examines the state of qi, blood, body fluids, and the state of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.
Abdominal examination involves touching the abdomen to check for abnormalities. Abdominal examination may not be performed if no symptoms are present.
When palpating, we try to touch the areas where symptoms are present carefully and precisely.
Even if you have an internal illness, you may experience stiff spots in your back, and we will check the symptoms one by one by feeling you.
We will perform treatment so that the symptoms you touch will disappear.
3/ Start treatment
The needles used in treatment are 0.16 mm .
I will be careful to inject as little pain as possible.
For those who are afraid of needles or feel strong pain, we offer non-piercing needles (teishin).
Please let us know as we will treat you by stimulating acupoints.
First, you will be treated lying on your back (approximately 45 minutes)
Next, you will be treated face down (approximately 45 minutes)
After the treatment in prone position, you will be turned onto your back again to have your pulse taken.
If further treatment is required, we will continue with further treatment.
4/ Treatment completed
After the treatment is over, you will feel light-headed and a little sleepy.
We provide treatment with great care, but depending on your constitution, you may experience fatigue or other unpleasant symptoms .
In that case, we ask that you take plenty of rest and try not to push yourself until the symptoms subside.
After the treatment, we will offer you a cup of herbal tea.
We will let you know how your body is feeling today and make suggestions for your next treatment.

5. Checkout
